Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products and services offered by LNA CHRISSAFIS via the website maison-chrissafis.com, as well as at the atelier.

The services offered fall into three categories: ready-to-wear made to order, collection models made to measure, and fully customized bespoke creations.

Article 2 – Types of Products and Services

2.1 – Ready-to-Wear in Standard Sizes

Some items are offered in standard French sizes. Although made to order, they are neither personalized nor custom-made to measurements.

  • Cancellation is possible within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted under the conditions of Article 10.

2.2 – Collection Models Made to Measure

These models are made only to order and adjusted to the measurements provided by the client. They do not constitute ready-to-wear.

  • No cancellation is possible once production has begun.
  • Returns and refunds are not possible, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

2.3 – Bespoke and Personalized Creations

The client participates in the design of a unique model, which will never be reproduced for another person. The final design belongs to the client.

  • No cancellation is possible after project validation or deposit payment.
  • No returns or refunds are possible.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. They may be modified at any time, but the prices applicable are those indicated at the time of order. Products remain the property of LNA CHRISSAFIS until full payment.

Article 4 – Order

Orders can be placed online or at the atelier. LNA CHRISSAFIS may refuse an order for a legitimate reason.

Article 5 – Measurements Provided by the Client

For made-to-measure models and bespoke creations, the client must provide accurate measurements. In case of morphological variation or measurement error, adjustments may be charged.

Article 6 – Order Confirmation

Order confirmation constitutes full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The legal withdrawal period of 14 days applies only to standard, non-personalized products that can be returned as is.

Legal exceptions:

  • Made-to-measure items,
  • Personalized or bespoke creations,
  • Products specifically manufactured upon request according to the client’s choices.

These products cannot be subject to any withdrawal, cancellation, or return.

Article 8 – Production and Delivery Times

Production times are indicated at the time of order and may vary depending on the complexity of the models. LNA CHRISSAFIS cannot be held responsible for delays related to transport or force majeure.

Article 9 – Payment

Payment is made online or at the atelier by the methods offered at the time of order. Bespoke creations may require a non-refundable deposit.

Article 10 – Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

10.1 – Ready-to-Wear (Standard Sizes)

  • Cancellation is possible within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Return or exchange is accepted if the item is new, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

10.2 – Made-to-Measure Models

No return, exchange, or refund is possible for these items made upon request.

10.3 – Bespoke Creations

Bespoke creations are neither cancellable nor returnable. Adjustments may be made according to conditions (free if due to error, chargeable if related to changes in measurements).

Article 11 – Legal Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

Article 12 – Liability

LNA CHRISSAFIS is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the items nor for risks related to the Internet.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

The content of the site and the creations are protected. Bespoke models are never reproduced for other clients.

Article 14 – Personal Data

Data is used for order processing. The client has the rights provided by the GDPR.

Article 15 – Mediation and Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.

Article 16 – Archiving

Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable medium that can serve as proof.
